1. Social Advance will only contact you by the e-mail address associated with your PayPal account or the e-mail address used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
2. Social Advance only accepts secured payments through PayPal. Social Advance does not require you to have a PayPal account to order.

II. TWITTER, FACEBOOK, & INSTAGRAM
1. Social Advance does not participate in any form of account creation or abuse whatsoever.
2. Social Advance does not own any of the accounts that will be delivered to your profile, nor do we have any control over how they will behave.
3. Social Advance can not guarantee for any length of time that the fans/followers delivered to you will remain fans/followers. (See “LOSS PROTECTION”)
4. Once delivered, Social Advance can not (and will not) remove any of the fans/followers that are delivered to your profile.
5. Social Advance is not responsible for any account suspensions, terminations, damages, or any other losses that may occur after ordering. Please order at your own discretion.
6. Our services are not intended for daily use. Please order in moderation.

III. YOUTUBE & MUSICIAN SERVICES
1. Social Advance does not participate in any form of account creation or abuse whatsoever.
2. Social Advance is not responsible for any account suspensions, terminations, damages, or any other losses that may occur after ordering. Please order at your own discretion.

IV. LOSS PROTECTION
1. All of our regularly priced services come with a “Standard Warranty.” Standard Warranty guarantees that any significant loss within the first 48 hours of ordering will be replaced. Standard Warranty expires 48 hours after your order delivery.
2. Social Advance reserves the right to deny replacement for followers after your Standard Warranty expires.
3. Social Advance reserves the right to charge a replacement fee for any replacements after your Standard Warranty expires.

V. REFUND POLICY
1. Social Advance reserves the right to refuse a refund for any already completed work, regardless of any account suspensions, terminations, damages, or any other losses that may occur after ordering.
2. Social Advance reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at any time if it can not be completed.
3. Social Advance reserves the right to grant a partial refund for completed and partially completed work. Partial refund applies when initial costs for delivery of your order are spent.
